The United Airlines Phoenix Office was like pros when I needed to make last-minute travel arrangements for a work trip. Their promptness and resourcefulness in identifying the optimal routing alternatives amazed me. Everything was done carefully, including choosing a seat and purchasing tickets. They even checked in to make sure I was happy with everything. These days, this kind of follow-through is uncommon. Highly recommend it!
