Rather than starting at an airport, one of my favorite travel experiences started at the Turkish Airlines New York Office The experience, which was housed in the famous Empire State Building, was more like seeing into a worldwide travel lounge than an ordinary airline office. My last-minute travel plans were significantly less stressful as soon as I arrived because of the welcoming atmosphere and professional setting. My complicated plan involved several travels throughout the Middle East and Europe. Instead than making me navigate complicated websites or lengthy phone options, the staff carefully examined my reservation, paid attention to my concerns, and provided me with opportunities I was unaware of, such as a complimentary hotel stay during my layover in Istanbul.
