The trip our family took with Qatar Airways JFK Terminal was simply amazing. We expected the typical airport tension because we were traveling with little children and elderly parents, but instead we had a serene, well-organized terminal with truly friendly staff. Every aspect of the process, from check-in to boarding, was done with consideration. Our grandparents were given additional help by the Qatar Airways staff, who also made sure we were all sat comfortably together. Everything we needed to keep the whole family calm before the trip was available in the clean, roomy terminal.
