Beginning our trip with KLM Airlines JFK Terminal was unexpectedly easy and friendly, especially for a family. We imagined a chaotic airport experience with our delighted children, helping cousins, and laid-back grandparents in tow, but the JFK KLM terminal was orderly, serene, and delightfully efficient. Everything went smoothly upon check-in, and the staff made extra efforts to make sure our group was comfortable and well-cared for.
