A memorable beginning to our family vacation was our flight with Avianca Airlines from the Avianca Airlines IAD Terminal. Our first impression of the terminal was one of professionalism and friendliness, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The Avianca staff was gracious and kind despite the energetic children and the need for extra care from the grandparents. Ideal for group travel, the terminal was tidy, orderly, and surprisingly peaceful. We all felt genuinely taken care of during the seamless and friendly experience that seemed to start the journey even before takeoff.
