We had an amazing flight with Southwest Airlines BOS Terminal from the Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) Terminal. Traveling as a family, we were pleased by how well-planned and family-friendly the whole trip was. Every step felt seamless and welcoming, from quick security lines and simple check-in to kind employees who went above and beyond to help us. The terminal itself was well-lit, spotless, and equipped with many practical conveniences that made the grandparents and children feel at ease. We had a great trip that we will most certainly remember and select again thanks to Southwest's considerate service and BOS's effective setup.
