The last couple of weeks have been really tough for me. I’ve been feeling down and unable to focus on work. Sleep has become a real struggle.I just can’t seem to shake this feeling, and I don’t really understand why it's happening. A friend suggested I try an online life counselor, but honestly, I feel like I need to speak with someone in person. Since I live in Dallas, I thought working with a life coach dallas would be a better fit. Being able to meet face-to-face and talk things through might help me gain some clarity. Does anyone have any recommendations?
