They went over everything slowly to avoid feeling rushed, including baggage rules and the benefits KLM provides regular passengers. The office was clean, and the attendant arrived promptly to help. My community already offered that assistance, so I didn't need to call a hotline. I had a considerably easier time organizing my vacation at the KLM office in Albuquerque.
