I am a traveler and recently at the Air France New Jersey Office all of my inquiries concerning my flight and booking modifications were addressed by the kind and accommodating staff. The procedure was simple and quick. The visit was comfortable because the office was tidy and well-organized. There wasn't much waiting, but if you're not familiar with the area, it could be challenging to find the spot. All in all, the service was effective and professional.
