I am a traveler and recently visited the Copa Airlines GRU Terminal check-in. There are numerous dining options and cozy sitting in the well-kept and well-organized terminal. While I waited for my flight, I appreciated that there were many charging outlets and free Wi-Fi. To make navigating easier, the signals, however, could be more obvious. Overall, the experience was seamless and pleasurable, demonstrating Copa's concern for its patrons.
