Not here at the Aegean Airlines Hong Kong Office where I actually had a really fantastic experience with them! Staff really helped me with my changes of my flight booking very professionally and were also vastly knowledgeable on the matter of baggage. Good travel tips were also received. Really enjoyed the location near the airport for the office; thus, overall service is excellent, and joining the Aegean Miles+Bonus program has also added even more value to my travels. I will definitely recommend it to anyone traveling with Aegean Airlines.
