My time at the British Airways Gambia Office was the best. I had a smooth and seamless check-in. The staff members here are really efficient with friendliness. The baggage allowance was adequate, and the self-service kiosks were easy to use. My waiting experience was also quite pleasant because of the amenities available and the convenient location of the office at Banjul International Airport. British Airways has given excellent service on all accounts and made my take-off from my journey comfortable. Highly recommended for tourists!
